Project Implementation
The Millennium Highway and West Coast Road Reconstruction Project is divided into five (5) lots being implemented under 3 separate contracts assigned to specialized contractors:
Lot 1: Millennium Highway to Cul De Sac Roundabout
Contractor: C.O. Williams Construction Limited
Length: Approximately 7 km
Expected Completion: October 30, 2025
Lot 2B: Anse La Raye Bridge
Contractor: O.B. Sadoo Engineering Services Limited
Expected Completion: December 30, 2025
Lot 2A/3A/3B: Cul De Sac to Soufriere Bridge
Contractor: Namalco Construction Services Ltd
Length: Approximately 34 km
Expected Completion: January 30, 2026
